While in she was in San Antonio, Marta was extremely active at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and made many close friends whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her daughters, Melissa “Missy” Romero and husband Gilbert of Pearland, Melanie Christian and husband Andy of Angleton, and Marlyse “Mandy” Ramos of San Antonio, and her grandchildren Meagan, Cristian, and Camren Romero and Drew Christian. She is also survived by her brothers Pete Dominguez and wife Bertha of Boerne and Noe Dominguez of Edinburg as well as several nieces and one nephew. Pallbearers will be her sons-in-law and grandchildren.
