Nancy Davis is one of the owners and operators of Palms Funeral Home. She grew up in Danbury and is currently the president for the Danbury Rotary Club. She also serves as Chairman for the Brazoria County Better Business Bureau and the Angleton Cemetery Association. She is a past chairman of the Angleton Chamber of Commerce and former school board president for Danbury ISD.
Richard Davis is also an owner of Palms. He graduated from Angleton High School and worked at Dow Chemical Company for over 20 years. Upon retiring, he attended and graduated in 2000 from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston with a Certificate in Funeral Directing. In 2011, Richard was elected to the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Place 2 position.
Nancy and Richard have been married for 35 years and they have two daughters: Stacy White, a teacher at Danbury High School and her husband, Michael; Lindsey, also a teacher with Danbury High School and husband, Jeff; grandson, Zachary, and granddaughters, Zoe and Avery.
