Condolence: Mrs. Bivone was one of the finest ladies I've ever met. She was always happy, ready to do whatever had to be done...a steel magnolia for sure. She was one of the last of the fine East Texas women who knew how to hold a baby on her hip, roll out three dozen biscuits, asphalt a driveway, if needed, and look lovely while she did it all.
I know she was a truly wonderful grandmother and I was always impressed by her wit and wisdom... and especially that she never stopped putting on her lipstick and doing her hair. I looked forward to seeing her pictures on Facebook. She is an inspiration to me. Such a pretty lady with so much style. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless you all. With love to the Collards and all of Nanny's family. Brenda Stone
