Fredrick Roy Moore

Fredrick Roy Moore, 56, of Angleton passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born on May 5, 1959 in Harlingen, Texas to Leland & Fabiola (Perez) Moore and retired from TDCJ as Lieutenant. He was a devoted loving husband, son, brother, father, uncle and grandfather. Services are scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Rudy Garza Funeral Home in Harlingen, Texas. Interment will follow in Mont Meta Cemetery in San Benito, Texas. Fredrick was an excellent athlete that excelled in baseball, golf, and sports in general. He stayed active throughout his life and retirement with these activities plus his love of restoring cars and working on his yard which he took great pride in. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Stephen Roy Moore. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Isle Moore, daughter Ilea Moore, son, Walter Moore, parents, Leland and Fabiola (Perez) Moore, grandchildren, Colton, Camry, Zoey and Nathan, his sister, Sandra Sanchez and Husband Hector, nieces Tara & Ciara Sanchez.
