Layla Yvette Arismendez Baby Layla Yvette Arismendez, of Angleton was born asleep and was welcomed into her eternal home by her heavenly Father of Friday, November 22, 2013 at 11:04 p.m. She is now the angel of her parents, David and Roxanne Arismendez of Angleton, TX. Layla grew in her mommy's womb for 32 weeks and brought so much joy and happiness with every kick and flip. Layla weighed 2lbs. 4 oz. and was 14 ‘ long. Layla is survived by her parents, David and Roxanne Arismendez of Angleton; her sister, Cierra Arismendez from El Campo; brother, David Arismendez, Jr. of Angleton; Layla's maternal grandparents, Roberto (Robert) Y. and Nellie Villarreal of Angleton; paternal grandparents, Angie Arismendez and David Gonzales of El Campo; great grandmother, Catarina Tijerina of Freeport; 5 aunts, 2 uncles, 11 first cousins and numerous extended family members. Layla was preceded in death by her great grandparents', Vicente De Leon, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Nolberto E. Villarreal, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Aismendes Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Juan Gonzales, Sr.; uncle, Roberto Y. Villarreal, Jr.; and a host of other relatives. Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, located at 1713 North Tinsley Street, Angleton, Tx, with Father David Zapalac Officiating. Baby Layla's final resting place will be at Angleton Cemetery, 328 Cemetery Road, Angleton, TX. Pallbearers will be Layla's uncle Matthew Villarreal and her cousin, Michael Arismendez.
