Melody Ann Kluge Caskey Melody Kluge/ Caskey, 27, of Danbury passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 in Angleton Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Davenport officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 at Palms. Melody was born December 4, 1987 in Lake Jackson, Texas to Vernon & April (Tanner) Kluge. She was an amazing mother, daughter, sister and friend. Melody lived and breathed softball and was part of the 2004 Danbury Girls Softball State Championship Team and coached her daughter's softball team. Her father and paternal grandmother Rosilee Kluge preceded her in death. Survivors include her children; Tony Vernon Caskey and Hali Rose Kluge, the love of her life Trevor McMahan, her mother April Kluge, sister, Leah Kluge, niece Raylee McClure, grandparents James & Mary Tanner & Arthur Kluge and numerous other family including Luke Wootton & James Caskey & friends. Pallbearers will be Jason, Gerald, Gerritt & Alexander Tanner, Kenneth Krenek & Trevor McMahan.
