Agnes Hood

Agnes Dunn "Nanny" Hood, 97 of Sweeny, Texas went to be with her Lord & Savior December 7, 2017. She was born October 16, 1920 to William Hammond & Lydia McDaniel Hammond. She is survived by her daughters, Pam Crocker of Brenham & Beverly Paris (Jim) of Sweeny, grandchildren Ronald Weekly, Jamie Crocker, Philip Hood, Lauren Hood, Kellen Hood, Richard Steubing, Julie (Steubing) Henderson, Jennifer (Steubing) Soloman, and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leonard Clyde Hood & her son, Clyde Regan Hood of Jones Creek. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, December 14, 2017 at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, TX. Burial will follow at 2 pm at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX.
