Alice A. Tyler

Alice Hlavaty Tyler, 77 of Angleton, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was born March 4, 1936 to the late Frank and Josephine (Huff) Hlavaty in Hillje, Texas. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Gordon Tyler; sisters, Judy Orsak & husband Edwin, Martha Watson & husband, HR; brothers, Albert Hlavaty & wife Ilsa & Louis Hlavaty wife Betty. Survivors include her sons, Allan Tyler of Angleton, Mark Tyler & wife Lorraine of Richwood, and Charles Tyler & wife Nicole of Angleton; grandchildren, Bradley Tyler & wife Penny, Jordan and Reagan Tyler; and great grandson, Easton Tyler; siblings, Jerome "Jerry" Hlavaty & wife Rosie, Raymond Hlavaty & wife Georgia "Pat", Adolph "AJ" Hlavaty & wife Jo Ann, Mary Jane Balcar & husband Victor, Robert "Bob" Hlavaty & wife Connie, Anthony "Tony" Hlavaty, Patrick Hlavaty & wife Helen, and Richard Hlavaty & wife Cathy. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Danbury, Texas, with burial to follow in the St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 22nd at Palms Funeral Home Chapel in Angleton, Texas from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. led by her nephew, Fr. Kirby Hlavaty of Shiner. Pallbearers will be Bradley Tyler, Brian Hlavaty, David Hlavaty, Dennis Hlavaty, Doug Hlavaty and Gary Hlavaty.
