Aniceto Lugo Hernandez Jr.

Funeral services for Aniceto Lugo Hernandez, Jr., 68, of Jones Creek, will be held at 11:00am Monday, October 20, 2014 at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton. Burial will follow at Restwood Memorial Park in Clute. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday at Palms Funeral Home with the Rosary being recited at 7:00pm that evening. Aniceto was born to A.R. and Canuta Hernandez, Sr. January 20, 1946 in Luling, Texas and passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in Lake Jackson. Aniceto was raised in Gonzales, Texas by two special Tias, Maria and Elena, who preceded him in death,graduated from Gonzales High School and served in the US Army during Vietnam. He was a family man that loved and adored his children and grandchildren. Aniceto had a passion for music, was a Houston sports enthusiast and loved casino trips. He was a man strong in faith, simple values and strong morals. Aniceto was preceded in death by his father, A.R. Hernandez and grandson, Oscar Michael Segueda. He is survived by his mother, Canuta Hernandez of Angleton, children, Michelle Hernandez of Jones Creek, Mike Hernandez and wife, Marlea of Angleton, and Alyssa Hernandez of Alvin, grandchildren, Delia Segueda and Nick Yoakum, Adrian Michael Hernandez, Jr., Gabriel Antonio Hernandez, Dillon Chase Hernandez, and Derek Layne Hernandez, four brothers, six sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and a plethora of family and friends. Pallbearers will be Nick Yoakum, Adrian Hernandez, Jr., Gabriel Antonio Hernandez, Dillon Chase Hernandez, Derek Lane Hernandez, and Alyssa Hernandez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michelle Hernandez, Delia Segueda, Mike and Marlea Hernandez.
