Anna was born August 31, 1969 in California to Dewayne & Lucila Palacios Rowlett and worked at MSR Houston. Survivors include her Mother, Lucy Rowlett, son, Shelby Sellers, daughter; Kelsey Sellers, brother; Larry Dixon and wife Lindy Nieces, Katie & Karlee Dixon Great Niece; Kynlee Ogbeh, Kimberlee Rivera Great-Nephew Jr Ogbeh and her Furbaby Lulu & Gato Lindo and Granddogs Diesel, Layah, Alice The LORD Is My Shepherd The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
