Bertha Anne Sanders

Bertha Sanders, a long time resident of Cute, TX, passed away Tuesday, May 23rd at the age of 94. She was born on November 15, 1922 in Frydek, Texas. She lived in Clute most of her life and attended St. Michaels Catholic Church. She worked as a nurse for many years at Brazosport Memorial Hospital. Bertha is preceded in death by her husband, Travis Sanders. She is survived by her sister, Clara Hoot of Brazoria; nieces Betty Peters, Gail Hoffman and Donna Hoot Sanchez; nephews, James Hoot, Burl Hoot, Larry Hoot, Dale Hoot (deceased) and Pat McNair of Ohio. Viewing for the public will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Palms Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Angleton Cemetery, 328 Cemetery Rd, Angleton, TX 77515.
