Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Palms Funeral Home. Bertha was born August 27, 1923 to Charles and Annie Provazek in Buckholtz, Texas and passed away December 3, 2017 in Angleton. Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Joe V. Kubacak and is survived by her daughters, Joyce Horelica and husband, Steve C. and Wanda Macek, grandchildren, Steve J. Horelica and Janessa Horelica, and close family friends Jamie Wilson and Mike McConnell all of Angleton.
