Bettie Rose Rab

Bettie Rose Rab, 78 of Angleton passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013. She was born March 11, 1935 in Damon, Texas to Vince and Amalie Prihoda. Bettie was a paralegal for Brazoria County Abstract which later became Stevens, Stevens and Rau. She married her husband, Erwin Rab at St. Cyril Methodist in Damon in May 12, 1956 and were married for 42 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin; brothers, Bill, Jerry, Emil, Eddie, Johnny and Jim Prihoda; sisters, Lillian Miculek and Pat Dines. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Rab and wife, Marsha of Seguin, TX, Kevin Rab & wife, Bonnie of Goose Creek, SC; daughter, Karen Rab of Angleton; brother, Frank Prihoda of Rosenberg; sisters, Ellie Havlik of Angleton and Marie Svoboda of Damon; grandchildren, Garret, Matthew, Cody, Meagan, Madison, Macy, Tasha, Brandon, Alyssa & Jessica; and 6 great grandchildren. Bettie's family will welcome visitors to Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Christian wake to begin at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the Angleton Cemetery.
