Betty Jane Cico, 69, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born September 8, 1951, in Freeport, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Olga Jane Martin Cico. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, David Cico and wife, Judy, and Paula Cica; nieces, Rebecca Lynn and Betty Marie Cico, and Mitzi Bradford and husband, Jason.
