Bobbie "Bob" Clyde Milligan

Bob Milligan, 79, of Angleton passed away on Wednesday October 3, 2018 in Webster, Texas Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Danbury Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5-7 at Palms. Bob was born November 30, 1938 in Borger, Texas to Marcus J. Clyde Milligan & Birdie Ruth Brown Milligan. He graduated from University of Houston and had worked in the Petro Chemical Industry for many years. He taught at Alvin Community College where he developed a Process Technology Course. Bob held many roles in community service. He was Past President of Jr. Achievement, Past President of the Danbury Lions Club and Past President of Danbury Little League. Bob was a member of CASA,and was awarded CASA Volunteer of the Year for his work with children in Foster Care. He was preceded in death by his parents, his 1st wife, Kathryn Milligan, son, Bobby Dean Milligan and grandfather "Daddy Ed" McMillan. Survivors include his wife, Janet Milligan, Children; Cindi Hamilton, Denise Osborn & husband Scott, Mark Milligan and wife Cyndi Kay. Grandchildren; Jenny Humbird & husband Steve, Amber McCormick & husband Matthew, Caleb Osborn & wife Rachel, Matthew Hamilton & wife Kelley, Andrew Hamilton & wife Cassie, Justus Milligan & Jessica Milligan and 6 Great-Grandchildren: Emily Rose House, Colbie Jean House, Nora Kate Humbird, Bryce McCormick, Grant McCormick, Ryan Osborn and Baby Girl Hamilton on the way, brothers Dennis Milligan and wife Brenda, and Terry Milligan and wife Terry Lee, as well as numerous other family and friends. In lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the charity of your choice.
