Bobby Boyce Thomas, 81, of Onalaska, TX, formerly of Jefferson, TX and Lake Jackson, TX passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Livingston, TX. Memorial services will be held Saturday July 25, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at The Church of Christ on Wilkins St. in Angleton, TX and Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Christ in Jefferson, TX. Daddy was born January 12, 1934 in Coolidge, TX to Clayton and Iva Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Johnette , brothers Robert and Dorsey Thomas as well as two sisters, Ada Langley and Jaynelle Thomas. He is survived by sister Betty Humphries; brother Bill Thomas (Vivian); daughter Tracey Meyer (Robert) of Lake Jackson; sons Brian Thomas (Lori) of Onalaska, TX; Mark Thomas (Kira) of Escondido, CA; four grandchildren; John Thomas of Bryan, TX; Jennifer Escamilla of Angleton, TX; Taryn and Derek Meyer of Lake Jackson; step-granddaughter Chassidy Rush (Adam) of Fruita, CO; two great grandchildren; and two great step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Also, close friend Wanda Baker of Shreveport, LA. He was a welder by trade and taught and mentored many in that trade over many years in Brazoria County.
