Brian Anthony Morris

Brian Anthony Morris, 55, was welcomed into the kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, following a difficult struggle with Covid Pneumonia at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Brian was born to James "J.W." and Joyce Marie Bonneau Morris on February 5, 1966. A lifelong resident of Angleton, Brian was affectionately known to friends and loved ones as "BAM". He had a natural talent for drawing and his sense of humor could fill a room with laughter. Brian enjoyed going to the beach, working out at the gym, cooking and writing poetry, although the highlight of his life was the time he spent with his grandchildren. Brian loved God and his family and friends. Brian is survived by his daughters Christina Kisling and Marissa Morris (mother of his grandchildren Aubree, Ethan and Uriyah). He is also survived by his father, James; siblings Chris (Allison) Morris, Melissa "Lisa" Waite, JoAnn Coley, John Coley, Clay Morris, Stephanie (Butch) Stennett, Lance (Corina) Morris; stepsisters Adrienne Coley Dison and Audrey Coley. Brian is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Ashley, Brendan, Kevin, Audrey, Devon, Desmond, Jalyn, Jada, Crystal, Shana, Heath, and Carson. Brian will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him, but they can be comforted knowing he has entered eternal life with his mother Joyce, who preceded him in death on August 28, 2021. He is also preceded in death by his stepfather, Almer "Kenneth" Coley. Dual visitation will be with Joyce Marie Bonneau Coley at Palms Funeral Home on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 11 AM.
