Carol was born in Houston, Tx to Donna Lee Radney & Ralph Oscar Englehardt and attended Jacksonville (Texas) High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and Future Homemakers of America. After high school, Carol's love of learning led her to Houston, TX where she worked for Humble Oil. Richard W. Stockton, Sr. proposed to Carol Englehardt and they were married on May 14, 1955 in Houston, TX. Carol and Richard have three children: Richard W. Stockton, Jr., Lisa Ann Neasbitt, and James Paul Stockton. Carol Stockton was the bookkeeper for ActionS of Brazoria County, a Cub Scout Den Mother for cub packs at Westside Elementary, and the secretary for Jack Simmons, AISD Superintendent. When Carol was not fishing, she was filling up with her love of the Astros. Her love of each individual player was unmatched; she could tell you every player's statistics from the Colt 45s to the current players, their previous years of play, the college attended, and family details. She loved attending games in the Astrodome and at Minute Maid Park.
