Chester Andrew Arthur Wilson, 61 of Lake Jackson passed away on Wednesday April 30, 2014. He was born on September 27, 1952 to Andrew and Betty Wilson in Saginaw, Michigan. Chet was a long time resident of Lake Jackson. Chet moved to the area from Michigan in 1978 to continue his work at Dow Chemical. Chet enjoyed spending time with family and friends, loved music, going to rock concerts, and volunteering his time at Creepy Hollow haunted house. Chet's biggest joy in life was spending time with his five beloved grandchildren. Chet is survived by his mother Betty Wilson, his three beloved children, Erin (Dustin) Kreidler, Josh Wilson (Kimberly Hill), and Devon Wilson, five grandchildren, Tyler and Madyson Kreidler and Collin, Lindsey & Katie Hill, seven siblings, Ruthy (Melvin) Justice, Kay Seabolt, David Wilson, Kim (Mike) King , Sandy (Terry) Cain, Jerry Wilson and Margaret (Randy) Wilson , 28 Nieces and nephews, 28 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews. Chet was preceded in death by his father Andrew. Funeral services are set for Monday, May 5, 2014 at Christ Lutheran Church in Lake Jackson, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to begin at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of normal remembrances, please make a memorial donation to Palms Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
