Christine Lee Hamilton

Christine Lee Hamilton spread her wings on June 3 surrounded by loved ones. She was born at Williams Air Force Base in Chandler, Arizona on June 30, 1951 to Dorothy and Orville Smith. Christy was a proud "Air Force brat" and moved frequently as a child. Christy loved racing, riding motorcycles, camping and fishing. Christy helped her friends and family anytime she could. She organized numerous benefits to help her friends out when times got rough and to help foster children she never met. Christy loved to give to others and she loved life. Momma Christy loved her friends and was blessed with a large group of loyal friends. Christy is survived by her husband, Mitchell Hamilton; children, Nickie Sudekum (Kacy), Share Sudekum-Snow (Gary), Michelle Patrick (Derrick) and her fur son Rosco; 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sisters Laura Calaway, Sherry Wise and Lonnie Riedlinger- Kolmodin; brother Dale Smith; mother-in-law Dorothy Hamilton and many nieces, nephews and loved ones. Visitation will be held at the Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas at 11am on Sunday June 12 with services beginning at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brazoria County Alliance for Children at 805 Buchta Rd, Angleton, Texas 77515 to help children in foster care.
