Clara Bell Green

Clara Green Clara Green, of Angleton, past from this earth to be with her Lord and Savior on January 31, 2016. She was the second child born to Frank and Dovie Thompson in Chicota, Texas, on August 10, 1929. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reynold A. Green, her parents, Frank and Dovie Thompson and her brother, Bennie Thompson. She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy (Ron) of Houston and Donna (Ernest) of Angleton. Five grandchildren, Trina (Doug) of Austin, Debbie (Edwin) of Houston, Eric (Melissa) of Angleton, Dane (Candice) of Angleton and Daniel (Khamari) of Angleton. Seven great grandchildren Makael, Bella, Callie, Jack, Lilly, Casen and Emma. She is also survived by two brothers, Bill Thompson and Johnny Thompson. Clara enjoyed sewing, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Elmcroft Assisted Living and IPH Hospice. They would also like to thank Denita Klehm for all her love and kindness given to Clara, her thoughtfulness is appreciated beyond words. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11:00am, with Rev. Carroll Grigsby officiating. Pallbearers will be Doug Bickford, Edwin Friesenhahn, Eric Garcia, Dane Garcia, Daniel Garcia and Ronnie Klehm.
