Cynthia Jeanne Stanfill Foyt 43, of Danbury was born on November 18, 1968 in Midland Michigan and passed away on Friday, August 31, 2012 at Memorial Hermann Hospital following a very brief, but devastating and sudden illness. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 5-7 at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Palms with Rev. David Smith officiating. Cindy approached everything in life with a can-do attitude. She never said no to a request for help and always put others first. She was a strong and independent woman who set an example for everyone in her life. Cynthia was an incredible mother, wife, daughter and sister. Her three sons meant everything to her and she was immensely proud of each one of them. She called her students at Danbury High School her "kids" and she received a tremendous amount of satisfaction from their accomplishments. Cindy was an avid reader, she loved ice cream and never sat still if she could rock. She had a delightful sense of humor and she laughed often. She found joy in life and she gave joy to others. Her warmth and compassion and her limitless generosity will be part of her legacy. Cynthia is survived by her husband Ricky Foyt, her sons Zachary Lyn, 20, Jacob Michael, 19, and Emmitt David, 18, her mother Jeanne Halliday her brother and sister-in-law, Mike & Laura Stanfill and her mother-in-law Merlene Foyt in addition to an extended family of brothers & sisters in law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Cindy truly made the world a better place and she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
