Dennis Charles Eichenlaub, 77, of Sargent Texas passed away unexpectedly on November 3, 2021. Denny was born in Newark, NJ. He lived in upstate New York for 34 years, then moved to Texas in 1978. Denny was predeceased by his parents Charlie and Molly and his brothers Alan and Jerry. He is survived by his wife Kathy, his brother Ken, his five sons and their wives Mike (Vicki), John (Stephanie), TJ (Caroline), Tim (Erin), and Tracy (Sarah) and his 10 grandchildren Ashley, Drew, Julia, Bailey, Alyssa, Brett, Brylie, Brendy, Jordan, and Kaitlyn. Denny was a friend to everyone he met. He would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. His smile, laugh, and sense of humor would light up any room. He loved working in his garden and planting a variety of vegetables that he would give away to anyone who wanted some. Denny, as a foreign car specialist, loved working on anything with a motor, from cars to lawn mowers. Denny loved a good party and spending time with friends and family, who loved him dearly. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Sargent Volunteer Fire Department at 22001 FM 457, Bay City TX 77414. There will a celebration, which Denny would love to attend, on Saturday, November 13 at the residence of Tim Nugent. Contact at 832-339-3769.
