Domingo Sike Ramirez

To all that know "Sike," knew what a wonderful and proud husband, father, and grandfather he was. Having his grandchildren laugh and carry on was one of his greatest joys in life. Sike's best friend and wife of 36 years, Sherry Ramirez, was always by his side, you would never see one without the other, and you always knew how much they loved one another. He may have been a man of few words, but every word he spoke was true and from the heart. He was a huge fan of the Houston Texans and Rockets. This was a part of the week he always looked forward to, watching the game next to his wife and dogs. His wife, kids and grandkids were his greatest accomplishment. He was also a very generous man, and would do anything for you, from the kindness of his heart. His heart was full of love and we will miss him dearly. A visitation is set for Friday, December 20, 2013 from 10-12:00pm at Palms Funeral Home, with a Rosary being recited at 12:00 p.m. A Graveside will be held at Angleton Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Friday December 20, 2013. "Sike" is survived by his wife; Sherry (Areson) Ramirez, sons; Eric Ramirez and wife Alishia and Erin Ramirez, daughter; Erica Ramirez (Jeremy Aguilar), brothers; Jesse Ramirez and wife Lydia Ramirez, sisters; Mary Ramirez, Lupe Ramirez and Carmen Gero, and three grandchildren; Lanea Aguilar, Reese Ramirez and Braydon Tate. He was preceded in death by his parents; Jesus & Apolinia Rodriguez Ramirez, brothers; Justo Ramirez, Manuel Ramirez, and Johnny Ramirez. Serving as Pallbearers; Eric Ramirez, Jeremy Aguilar, Christopher Diaz, Jesse Ramirez Jr., James Casper and John Vera, Chris Soria. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Palms Funeral Home on the Family's behalf.
