Don Lee Hart

Don Lee Hart, 79, of Richwood, passed away on May 14, 2023. Don was born on October 31, 1943, in Refugio to Fred and Ruth (Isley) Hart. Don was a baseball player in high school as well as a boxer and member of the United States Coast Guard in his early twenties, before becoming a local car salesman in Freeport. Don was an avid golfer all his life and a lover of dogs. Don was preceded in death by his father, Fred Arthur Hart Sr. and mother, Ruth (Isley) Hart of Richwood, TX. Survivors include his brother, Fred Arthur Hart, Jr., his nephew Shaun Arthur Hart, of Lithicum, MD, his stepson, Brett Bevers of College Station, TX, his granddaughter, Dr. Briahna Taylor Yuodsnukis of Chicago, IL, and his beloved dog Agatha.
