Dorris L. Murray

Dorris L. Murray, 84 of Angleton passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012. She was born March 19, 1928 in Raleigh, Mississippi to Clarence and Deanie (Dupree) Ainsworth. Dorris resided in Angleton for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowelle Murray; daughter, Brenda Reynolds; and brother, Aubrey Ainsworth. Dorris is survived by her children, LaVern Ramirez, Valerie Miller and Dr. Brian Murray; brothers, Eddie Ainsworth, H.K. Ainsworth, Clarence Ainsworth, Jr., Charles Ainsworth and Donald Ainsworth; and numerous grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel in Angleton with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A private burial will follow in Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest Cemetery in West Columbia, Texas.
