Eddie Robert Trevino, 63 of Angleton Texas was called to be with our Lord on June 29, 2015. Born on November 2, 1951 in Freeport, Texas to Epimenio and Sarah Trevino he was the youngest of thirteen children. Eddie was licensed by the Texas Environmental Quality as a Class B, Wastewater Treatment Operator and he was employed by Si Environmental and retired from the cities of Angleton and Richwood as well as Southwest Water Company. He was a member of the first graduating class Brazoswood High School in 1971. Eddie was the former President of the Marshall Payne Memorial Trailride Association and was honored to be a former Grand Knight of the Angleton Knights of Columbus Chapter 5155. He was preceded in death by his parents Epimenio and Sara Trevino, mother-in-law Preciliana Garcia, brothers Eloy, Eli and Epimenio Trevino Jr and brother-in-laws Alex and Joe Garcia. Eddie is survived by his wife Ofelia Trevino, daughter Priscella Trevino-Wylie and husband Scott, son Eddie A. Trevino and wife Carol Ann, brother Alex "Sonny" Trevino and wife Jody, sisters Patsy Gonzales, Irma Lopez, Mary Garza and husband Ike, Minnie Trevino, brother-in-law Jesse Garcia, sister-in-laws Romona Trevino, Georgia Trevino and Lupe Caudillo, grandchildren Seveda and fianc Charles Stephens, Trent, Hannah, Ofelia Kayrene ,Evelyn, Ria and Brooke, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces , great nephews and his main companion Copper his pet boxer, whom he loved dearly. To his children he will always be known as "father, friend and Halloween candy thief", to his grandchildren "paw paw", to his wife "her best friend and giver of scratch offs", and finally Copper will miss being called "Bosco". Those who were blessed to have known him understood his complexity and embraced his sprit. Pallbearers include Raymond Trevino, Marty DeLeon, Timothy Trevino, Joe Ortiz, Joe Lee Garcia, and Martin Caudillo. Honorary Pallbears are the employees of Si Environmental. Funeral Services are set for Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at The Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Angleton, Texas. A public visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 P.M. at Palms Funeral Home, Angleton Texas.
