Edward "Big Eddie" Ocanas Jr.

Edward Ocanas, Jr. went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2021. He was a generous, loving, and welcoming husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He loved God and did everything in his power to make sure to serve others. He was a provider to his family and a diligent worker. He enjoyed playing golf, cooking bbq, a good margarita, and spending time with family, friends and his dogs. He greeted people with a caring smile and was a great storyteller. He will always be remembered by his warmhearted laugh and his willingness to go the extra mile to support those around him. He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda Ocanas, his son, Eduardo "Little Eddie" Ocanas III and his wife, Guisell, his mother Manuela Ocanas, his sisters Elsa Ocanas Gongora, Elva Gutierrez and her husband Abel, Rose Garza and her husband Raul, and his brother Larry Ocanas and his wife Roberta. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Eduardo "Lalo" Ocanas Sr. and his grandparents Felix and Alejandrina Ocanas and Manuel and Juana Castillo.
