Ella V. "Honey" Teltow passed on peacefully with her daughter by her side on June 3, 2023 at the age of 79 to be with her Eternal Father. She was born on August 30, 1943 in Thorndale, Tx. To Neal & Hazel (Harris) Garnett. Visitation will be at 9:00 am on Thursday, June 8, 2023 with the service following at 10:00 am at Palms Funeral Home and burial at Angleton Cemetery. Vee is survived by her daughter Patricia Collard (Brent), grandson Seth Collard (Whitney) and granddaughter Kacy Taylor (Randal). Vee has four great grandchildren, Cameron and Lola Collard, Alayna and Karter Taylor, and nephews Chris and Dale Garnett, and Bobby & Melvin Sweeny. Vee was proceeded in death by her parents, sisters Earl Ann Thornton and Patricia Colleen Garnett and brother Robert Berry Garnett and nephew Robert Berry, Jr. Service Details.
