Funeral services for Evelyn Morgan Peltier will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Danbury. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, April 10, 2018 with a Christian Wake and Rosary at 7:00 pm that evening at Palms Funeral Home. Evelyn Morgan Peltier passed away on April 6, 2018 surrounded by family at the age of 96. She was born on January 8, 1922 to Willie J. and Eula Morgan in Brookshire, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Walter E. Peltier, Jr., her son Gregory Peltier, her sister and brother in law Lillian and Floyd Beckendorff. She is survived by her daughter Janice Peltier of Danbury, Texas. Her niece Judy Shields and her husband Tom, her nephew Glenn Beckendorff and his wife Melinda, her brother in law Al Peltier and his wife Bobbie, niece Sloan Coleman and her husband Harold, numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. Pallbearers: Glenn Beckendorff, Justin Beckendorff, Johnny Colvin, Stuart Redding, Frank Peltier, Mike Peltier, Buster Peltier and Skeeter Wollam. In leiu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Danbury or a charity of your choice.
