Gary Lawrence Roberts

Gary Lawrence Roberts, 65, of Angleton passed away on April 8, 2022. Gary was born to Lorene (Harris) Roberts and James Walter Roberts, Sr. near Rosedale, Mississippi on June 9, 1956. Gary had a heart of gold and would be there unconditionally for any family or friends in need and give you the shirt off his back. He was extremely close and adored by his many nephews and nieces and was a huge blessing to anyone who knew him. Gary was also very patriotic and was a man of strong Christian values. Gary loved his dog Penney & his Harley. He enjoyed motorcycle rides through the hill country and Bandera and going to hole-in-the-wall joints for a beer and burger with his close friends & family. Gary loved fishing and bbqing with his family and was also a huge fan of college football and watching classic westerns. Those that preceded him in death include his parents and brothers Jimmy Roberts, John David Roberts, Danny Roberts and sisters Velma Ruth Roberts, Lucille Roberts, Thelma Alice Griffin, and Sandra Timms. Left to remember him in love are his sister Judia Mora and husband David of Spring, brother James (Pete) Roberts of Angleton, a host of nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces, and many long-time friends.
