Gary Ronald Odom

Gary Ronald Odom, Vietnam Veteran, went to be with our Lord on January 9, 2012. He is survived by the love of his life, wife Ruth Ann Odom, son Matthew Gary Odom, grandson Blaine Matthew Odom, daughter Amanda Lynae Sparkman, sisters Pat Buckles, Mitzy Young, Bridget Odom, brother Greg Odom, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A brilliant cabinetmaker whose motto was "It's made out of wood, I can build it" Gary took great pride in the work he so loved to do. He also loved to ride his Harley, fish, camp, and travel with his wife and two dogs. He will be deeply, deeply missed. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Palms Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Palms Funeral Home.
