Georganne Martin-Williams

Georganne Martin Williams, a treasured daughter, a loving mother, and an adoring grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, at the age of 69 in Galveston, Texas. Born on February 22, 1955, at the Dow hospital in Freeport Texas, to her parents: Lloyd and Esther Martin, Georganne dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker, creating a warm and loving environment that will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Georganne was not only the ultimate definition of a homemaker but also an awesome cook whose delicious meals (Like her signature Thanksgiving Stuffing, and Texas Trash) brought joy to family gatherings and left lasting memories. Her kindness, warmth, and spirit infused every room she entered, making her a beacon of light to her loved ones.

She is survived by her beloved children, Shawn Williams (wife, Ashlee), and Amanda Williams. Georganne is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Skylar Fusilier, Kobe Fusilier, Brentnie Jammer, and Diezel Williams, and her siblings, Elaine Georges, Phyllis Martin and Mickey Martin. Georganne will be sorely missed and loved beyond measure by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lloyd and Esther Martin, her sister Rosemary Martin, her brother Gene Martin, and her nephew Erik Martin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Brazospointe Fellowship on, February 15, 2025. Visitation at 10am with service following at 11am, with Pastor Randy Dane officiating.
