Glen Schneider Glen Dale Schneider, 55 of Angleton TX, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Friday January 18, 2013. Glen is survived by his wife, Loraine Schneider of 33 years. Son Jason Schneider and fiancee Randi. Son Jeremy Miller and spouse Crystal. Daughters Melissa Stefka, Tamara Schneider, and Debbie Lowery. Grandchildren: Brittany Schneider, Cheyanne and Haley Lowery, Joseph and Caitlyn Miller, Makennah Stefka, Aviannah Chavez, and Landon Boykin as well as many other loving siblings, family, and extended family. Glen was a loving husband, father, grandfather (Popo), and friend to all. His love of helping people led him into law enforcement where he served as a police officer for over eleven years. Glen faithfully served several local communities, ultimately reaching the rank of Sergeant, before ending his honorable watch in 1996. When Glen wasn't working, you would often find him out enjoying the other loves in his life. Family, fishing, playing music, and spending time with loved ones. Family was most important to Glen and spending time with his children and grandchildren was something he held very dear to his heart. He was preceeded in death by his parents Lilian Crocker and Charles Schneider Sr., Father-in-law Milton Dan Scott, and Mother-in-law Janet Bartosh. A time of gathering will be held on Monday, January 21st from 5 - 8 pm at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, TX. Funeral services will follow on Tuesday at 2 pm. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Berger, Brad Caudle, Randy Carter, Glenn Cooper, Bobby Keith, and Mark Milanovich. Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Bartosh, Butch Holden, and Michael Toliver.
