Funeral services for Glenn Badgett, 82 of Angleton will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 2nd Baptist Church in Angleton with Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Danbury Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Billy Cherry, Blaton Cherry, Mason Paladino, Bobby Spires, Ronnie Bush, and Hunter Lofland. Honorary Pallbearers are Jennifer Cherry, Leslie Paladino, Jessica Badgett, Britiany Bailey, Beau Cherry, Bryson Cherry, Macy Paladino, Korbin Cherry, and Aiden Bailey. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Palms Funeral Home. Glenn was born Dec. 29, 1937 in Webb County, Texas to Samuel and Johnny Cherry Badgett and passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 in Concho County. Glenn was a resident of Angleton for over 60 years. He was a mail carrier for Angleton for over 52 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, the love of his life for 62 years, his wife Jessie Faye Badgett, son, Rodney Badgett and a sister, Joyce Harris. He is survived by his son, Paul Badgett and wife, Glenda of Danbury, brother, Eugene Badgett of Huffman, TX, sisters, Ruby Spear and husband, Homer of Wimberly, TX, Clara Fisher of Seguin, TX, Dolores Beyer of Seguin, grandchildren, Leslie Badgett Paladino, Jennifer Cherry and husband Billy, Britiany Bailey and fianc Ronnie Bush, Jessica Badgett and fianc Hunter Lofland, great grandchildren, Macy and Mason Paladino, Blaton, Beau, Bryson and Korbin Cherry and Aiden Bailey.
