In Loving Memory Of Harold Wayne Brown, Sr. September 24, 1950 ~ October 10, 2022 Harold Wayne Brown, Sr., 72, of Freeport, Texas passed away peacefully at his residence on October 10, 2022. He was born in Freeport, Texas on September 24, 1950 to his parents Irving and Mary Lee (James) Brown. He was a Graduate of Sweeny HS. He faithful served in the US Army and had a successful career in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice until his retirement. He was blessed with a large loving family. He taught his children to work hard, be brave and self-reliant and trust in God. Services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Palms Funeral Home with Pastor Booker T. Randon officiating. The family welcomes friends for a time of visitation on October 26, 2022 at Palms Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Left to cherish Harold's memory is his children: Andre, Wayne Jr., Justin, Casundra, Tina, Audria, Angela, Harricka, Sharika and Tira. He is also survived by his multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His siblings Irving Brown (Sandra), Paul Brown (Yolanda), Timothy Brown and Eric Lewis, sisters Martha Mae Pettaway (Frank), Margret Brown Williams and Faye Brown. Along with his Special Cousins: Bobby Jean, Vickie and Linda.
