James Wallace Orrick, Jr., 58, of Angleton, TX, passed away October 14, 2021 in Sweeny,TX after a 2yr battle with cancer. A memorial and celebration of James's life will be held on December 18, 2021 @10:30am at In God's Time Ranch in Angleton,TX with Clyde Beaty officiating. James was born in Dallas,TX to Sandra Craver and James Wallace Orrick Sr on December 10, 1962. James was a people person by all means, never met a stranger. He worked with the public for the most of his years doing tree work. He had a personality like no other and patience like I never seen before. He had a passion for kids, no matter what their ages were. He had a love so strong for 2 little boys Mr Ryder and Mr Kane that touched his heart dearly that was so undescribable. He had a green thumb like no one I ever met and could also throw together some good grub all the time. And if you couldn't find him anywhere you could always find him with a fishing pole in one hand and a cold beer in the other. James is preceded in death by his mother Sandra Craver, father James Wallace Orrick Sr, and special friend Bonnie Brodbeck. James is survived by his son Ryan Orrick, brother Gregory Orrick (Jennifer), sisters Sherry Edwards and Jennifer Orrick, step mom Darla Orrick, nephews Robert, Ryder, Kane, and niece Nicole.
