James Weldon Browning

James Weldon Browning born on February 19, 1940 went to be with the lord on March 3, 2021. Weldon was a resident of Clute, Texas. Weldon was a beloved father, grandfather, and uncle. He loved the outdoors, spending time with his family, and fishing every chance he could. He married the love of his life Norma Gale Browning in 1960. He is survived by his wife Norma Gale Browning, sons and daughter in laws Terryl and Dana Browning; Bryan Keith and Tina Browning; Marvin and Taunia Browning; Chris and Connie Browning, 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren, with one on the way, and many loved nieces and nephews. Weldon is preceded in death by his parents Orville and Gertrude Browning, sister Gilda Fossett; brothers Floyd, Elvis, and Thomas Browning. Weldon's sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. He will be laid to rest on March 09, 2021 at Angleton cemetery. Funeral viewing is from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral will start immediately after at 1:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Tx. Graveside services will follow at Angleton cemetery.
