J.C. Evans

J.C. Evans, 79 of Angleton passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at his home. Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Central Assembly of God Church in Angleton with Rev. Brad DuBose officiating. Burial will follow at the Evans Family Cemetery. J.C. was born May 16, 1932 in Carnegie, Ok to Sam & Rosie Manley Evans who preceded him in death. He had lived in Angleton for 3 years after moving from Odessa, and was a member of Central Assembly of God Church in Angleton. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Nordessa Evans of Angleton Son; James T. Evans & wife Joyce of Angleton, Daughters; Dessie Evans of Odessa & LaNisa Kay Evans of Midland Brother; Fred Evans of Yukon, Ok & sister; Jerrline Houl of Mountainview, Ok Grandson; Justyn Cole Evans & wife Ashley, great-grandson; Colsyn Miles Evans.
