In Loving Memory of Joe David Walker February 18, 1947 ~ February 4, 2017 Joe David Walker passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 in Houston, Texas. Joe, who was born on February 18, 1947, was the son of Robert S. "Mickey" Walker and Clara Ann Bulanek Walker. He was a graduate of Danbury High School and the University of Houston. Joe had a successful career in the petroleum industry identifying mineral interest ownership and managing landowner leases for oil and gas companies. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, brother Douglas Nelson Walker and sister Ann Kathleen Walker Daniel. He is survived by brother Michael Dennis Walker, sister-in-law Mary Walker, brother-in-law Greg Daniel, seven nieces and nephews, eight great-nieces and great-nephews and legions of extended family members and valued friends. Services for Joe will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Danbury on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Rosary will begin at 10:00 a.m., viewing at 10:15 a.m. and a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at the Danbury City Cemetery following the Mass.
