Joe Pena Prouty

Jose Pena Prouty (Joe Prouty) was born December 28,1944 in San Antonio to the late Raymond Prouty and Mary Pena. Joe was married to his wife Elida for 51 years and dedicated his life to his family. He had such a close and loving relationship with his only grandchild, Eddie Prouty Jr. He enjoyed being outside and working on his yard. Joe was a very hard worker who was employed with Climate Heating and Cooling since 1972. Joe is proceeded in death by his Parents, his son, Eddie Prouty Sr., His daughter Dorthy Prouty and brothers; Richard and Isaac Prouty. He is survived by his wife Elida Prouty, son Joe Prouty Jr., daughter Nancy Prouty, Brothers Jesse Prouty (Estella), Marcos Prouty (Helen), Johnny Prouty (Josie) and Raymond Prouty Jr. (Rita) and sisters Gloria Ornelas (Johnny), Janie Moreno, Della Sanchez (Albert), Annie Pena (Oscar), Mary Anne Prouty and Barbina Prouty and his grandson Eddie Prouty Jr. Serving as Pallbearers: Eddie Prouty, Jr., Jordan Dozier, Ruben Lara, Albert Sanchez, Raymond Prouty and Alfred P. Moreno, Jr. Visitation will be held at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton on Wednesday April 17,2019 from 5pm-8pm.
