Jorge Roman Herrera

Jorge R. Herrera Jorge R. Herrera, 63, of Angleton, and formerly of Midland, Texas passed away on July 18, 2015. He was born in Veracruz, Ver., Mexico on August 9, 1951 to Emilio and Paula S. Herrera. Mr. Herrera was a servant of God for 50 years pastoring in both Mexico and the U.S. He served as Pastor of Iglesia Nueva Vision in Rosharon, Texas. Jorge is survived by his wife, Paula G. Herrera; sons, Jorge Emilio Herrera and Jacob Herrera; daughter, Jennie Herrera; brother, Pablo S. Garcia; step-son, Christopher A. Taylor; mother, Paula S. Garcia; step-father, Pastor Artemio C. Garcia brother, Carlos Herrera; 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 10-11:30 a.m. in Rosharon First Baptist Church in Rosharon, Texas with Funeral Service to follow at 12:30 p.m. departing for Angleton Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Provide comfort for the family by planting a tree in memory of Jorge Roman Herrera, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
