Juan loved spending his free time with his family. Juan never met a stranger and he loved everyone he ever met. In his early life Juan was a migrant worker in numerous states and he also worked odd jobs. He also loved Barbequing in his younger years. Juan's passion was driving his truck. He worked for Mayflower as a furniture mover for over 30 years. Dads' carrier with Mayflower elevated his status as a driver. With Mayflower they had what was known as the Elite Team. Dad was successfully awarded a position on the team due to immense letters from shippers that received their homes in great condition due to his hard work ethics and careful consideration of other people's property. Dad received many safety and lifetime achievement awards. If you had the time, even if you didn't haha, he could tell you story after story from being on the road. At restaurants, he would give random kids money for games and what nots. Dad had a big heart and give you the shirt off his back if someone was in need. He was known to many as a great friend. However, to family he was known as dad or pops. To the grandkids he was known as Grandpa in the big truck or Grandpa diesel Truck. Memories of dad will be held close of riding with him, watching him shift gears and work the clutch like no one's business. Dad will forever be missed by many. Your shift is over driver you can rest now. God speed dad. Love forever your family.
