Julie Ann Williams, 61, of Angleton, Texas born on December 20, 1962, in Granville, IL, passed away on March 5, 2024, at Scenic Mountain Center in Big Spring, TX. She was the loving daughter of James and Judy Mills. Julie adored all things chocolate, grooved to the tunes of Aerosmith, and was a dedicated fan of crime television shows. Known for her role as a devoted homemaker, she took pride in her family and cherished being a grandmother, affectionately known as Nani to her beloved grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Mills, her children: Christopher Williams (significant other, Dana Phillips), Elliott Lunford, Vanessa Lunford, and Savanna Williams, her sister, Janet Dugger (husband, Joe Dugger), and her cherished grandchildren: Hannah Williams, Bradley Lunford, Khloe Lunford, Emma Lunford, Kaylee Graves, Chrystyn Williams, Krystalyn Williams, and Madeline Lunford. Also left to cherish her memory is her partner in life, Charles Lunford.
Julie was preceded in death by her father, James E. Mills, and her brothers, Jerry and Jay Mills.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at Angleton Cemetery on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., led by Pastor Seth Liles, where friends and family will come together to honor and remember the beautiful soul that was Julie Ann Williams.
