In Loving Memory Of Lala Jean Cross March 17, 1948 ~ May 2, 2023 Lala Jean Cross, passed away peacefully in her home in Angleton, Texas on May 2, 2023 at the age of 75. Lala received Christ at an early age and was baptized at a Baptist Church in Galveston, Tx. Lala attended Central High School in Galveston, Tx. Lala was preceded by her Mother Betty Jean Howard, Father Adam Crookshank, Brother William J. Howard, Brother Oscar J. Johnson, Jr., and Nephew Oscar J. Scurry. Per her family's wishes there will be no services. Lala is survived by her husband Felix Cross, Sister Della Scurry-Justice of La Marque, Tx. Children: Michael Crookshank, SR. of La Marque, Tx, Jaqueline R. Pomier of Karnack, Tx, James Pomier and wife Judy of League City, Tx, Germaine Y. Morgan and husband Steve of Baytown, Tx, and Greg Cross and wife Sabrena of Spring, Tx. Grandchildren: Timothy Robinson, Angie, Ernest, Michael, Clint and James Crookshank, Christopher Rellford Jr., Brianne Tanner, Andrew, Ryan and Jordan Pomier, Kenneth Linthicum, JR., Savon Hill, Marquis Pomier, Keva and Kevante Cross. Great Grandchildren: Zyriah Rellford, Cayden Johnson, Bianca and Kingston Baca, Savannah Holmes, Zayden Cross, Khy'Ri Linthicum and more, Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and Friends. Lala had many talents, she enjoyed crochet, sewing, and embroidery. The family of Lala Cross wishes to extend their sincere thanks for all the prayers, love, and support.
