Lillie K. Hattaway Bledsoe On Friday, December 1, 2017, our earthly angel gained her Heavenly wings, with her family at her bedside at her home. Lillie K. Hattaway Bledsoe was born in O'Donnell, Texas on November 9, 1928, the daughter of John & Mary Kocurek. The family moved to Jourdanton, Texas in 1937. Lillie married and settled in Angleton, Texas in 1966. She was the owner of Southside Mobile Home Park in Angleton. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Earl Hattaway, her parents, John & Mary Kocurek, and six brothers, and one sister. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn King & husband, Jim of Angleton, Texas, and Kathy Pierce & husband, Konrad, of Lake Jackson, Texas. Sister, Mary Young of Poteet, Texas. Her grandchildren: Michelle Brennan & husband, Jimmy, Monica Holmes & husband, Stacy, Arick Pierce & wife, Leslee, Nathan Pierce & wife, Jalaine, Brent King, Ashley King, and Curt King & wife, Kayla. Her great-grandchildren: Amber Fortanelli & husband, Jamie, Nikolas Mendez, Casey Holmes, Arick Jr. & Karlee Pierce, Talan Sylvester, Paige Ruscher and Brayden King. Her great-great grandchildren: Seamus & Onora Simmons and Leighla Fortanelli. Lillie aka "Momma, MawMaw, sister, aunt, friend" was known for her BIG heart of gold. She was always full of smiles, laughter and compassion. There was never a moment she would not try to help someone. Truly an ambassador of Christ's love and light. She was an amazing person, one you wish that everyone could know. Pallbearers will be: Nathan Pierce, Arick Pierce, Arick Pierce Jr., Nikolas Mendez, Jamie Fortanelli and Stacy Holmes. Honorary pallbearers will be: Jimmy Brennan, Curt King, Jim King, Konrad Pierce, Brent King, Talan Sylvester, Seamus Simmons, Casey Holmes and Brayden King. A viewing will be held December 3rd, 2017 from 12-1pm. And following, a memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 at 1-2pm. Location: Palms Funeral Home, 2300 E.
