Linda Louise Mutina

Linda Louise Mutina, 78, of Angleton, Tx, passed away on July 16, 2023. Linda was born on April 4, 1945, in Tyler, Texas, to the late L.E. and Mary Guthrie. She was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother, and loved all of her family dearly.

Linda was a successful salesperson, having worked at JCPenney, Ragland, Chrysler Dodge, Don Davis, and other dealerships in the Brazoria County area. She enjoyed meeting her clients and establishing wonderful, lifelong friendships. Linda especially cherished seeing different generations coming in to purchase vehicles from her through the years. After leaving the car business, she joined her husband, Robert Mutina, and assisted him with their insulation company, Mutina Insulation.

Linda is survived by her sons, Robert Wayne Mutina and wife Tammy, and Timothy Wade Mutina and wife Paula; sister Shelly Duncan and husband Gerald; brother Steven R. Guthrie; grandchildren Krystal Peeler and husband Marc, Brady Mutina and wife Clairessa, Madison Ramsower and husband Jason, and Mason Mutina and wife Lauryn; nephew Tye Duncan; great-grandchildren Blakelynn and Blair Mutina, Scarlett Peeler, and Brayden Mutina; and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert Lee Mutina and her loving parents.

A visitation will take place at Palms Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 5 P.M. - 7 P.M. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 10 A.M. at First Baptist Church Angleton.

Linda Louise Mutina will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
