Lorraine Francis Gallimore

Lorraine Francis Gallimore passed from this life to her Heavenly home on July 23, 2020. She was born in Cooter, Missouri on November 6, 1927 to Willie Edgar and Opal Clara Lancaster. Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband William, her son Larry Stidham, and her daughter Nelda Gautreaux. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great great-grandmother. "Granny" as she was known to all her loved ones, was spunky and full of life. Even at her 92 years young, she had a funny sense of humor and quick wit that was infectious. Her family brought her so much joy and she leaves that legacy with all of her loved ones that are left to cherish her memory. Lorraine is survived by her children, Jim Ayers, Garry Stidham, and Bridget Stidham, brother B.J. Lancaster and wife Dee, grandchildren Angela Lewis and husband David, Jimmy Ayers Jr., Melissa Simmons and husband Adam, Lamar Flint Jr., James Flint, Amanda Richards, Miranda Wilson, Richard Lancaster and wife Ashley, Sheena Sexton, Ginger Stidham, Josie Phelps, Amber Nevarez and husband Raymond, and Jordan Logue. She is also survived by numerous great and great-great grandchildren as well as two nieces, Clara Penney and husband Ervin Sr., and Kim Beard and husband Michael. There will be a visitation for family and friends on Wednesday July 29, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas. A celebration of her life will be held at Victory Fellowship Cowboy Church in Brazoria on Saturday August 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jamie Hill officiating. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Wilkes Jr., Jordan Logue, Richard Lancaster, Raymond Nevarez, Hunter Lancaster, & Gavin Nevarez. Honorary pallbearers are David Lewis & Jimmy Ayers Jr. Interment will follow at Sweeny Cemetery. Face mask required for visitation and recommended for funeral. Service Details.
