Lou E. Addis

Our precious Mother, Lou E Addis, passed away on October 29, 2018. Lou was born November 26, 1923 in Mississippi to Zephenia and William J. Ryals. She was beautiful, smart, funny and she could do anything. She was a wonderful cook, seamstress, carpenter, gardener, insulation hanger and roof shingler-you name it, she could do it all. But, her favorite role, her best job, was as Momma & Mamaw. She loved all her children and grandchildren. She would sacrifice anything for them. She was the kind of Mother who would do without, so that we could have. Momma was preceded in death by her husband, Ed, her daughters Carolyn and Susie and her son Charles. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Vickie and husband Steve Rayne, Jimmy and wife Mary Anna Bosshamer, Patricia Sabol, Tayna and husband Lowell Schmidt and Julie and husband Dennis Wood, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 at Palms Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery.
