Lucille Majors

Lucille Thane Majors, 76 of Angleton, passed away on Sunday July 27, 2014. She was born August 13, 1937 in Brenham, Texas to the Late Heinrich "Henry" & Lisette "Sette" Thane. She was a homemaker, loving wife and mom. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Charles Wayne Majors of Angleton. Sisters; Nora Moore of Covington, Louisiana, Ethel Majors and husband Chester Majors of Richwood and Floris Whittaker of Brenham. Son, Keith Majors and wife Sandra Majors of Seguin and daughter Tanya Fry and husband Don Fry of Lake Jackson. Grandchildren, Trenton Lycka, Heidi Fry and Chris Esquivel and two great-grandchildren and one more the way. In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her siblings, Woodrow Thane, Lorena Queen, Henry "Hank" Thane, Jr. and Marvin Thane. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Angleton with Pastor Robert Sweet officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 at Palms. Pallbearers will be Trenton Lycka, Chris Esquivel, Chris Whittaker, Michael Thane, John Thane, and Jarrett Hammond.
